Refund and Returns Policy

At Saffelia, all deliveries must be inspected by the customer at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery person.

Check before accepting: Please verify your product(s) — item, quantity, and condition — while the delivery person is still present. Any issue such as a wrong item, damaged packaging, or missing item must be reported at that moment so it can be resolved on the spot.

No returns after delivery is completed: Once delivery is marked complete and the delivery person has left, we cannot accept a return or exchange request.

No returns due to sample or testing: Products cannot be returned if the bottle cap, seal, or packaging has been opened, or if the item has been tried, tested, or used in any way, even partially.

No returns for change of mind: Returns or exchanges are not accepted where there is no defect in the product — for example, wanting to swap for a different item or simply changing your mind after purchase.

Delivery delays: Due to unforeseen circumstances, courier issues, or temporary stock outages, delivery may occasionally take a few days longer than the estimated timeframe. Minor delays do not qualify as grounds for return, refund, or order cancellation. However, if your delivery is delayed by more than 2 days beyond the estimated timeframe, you may request order cancellation by contacting us via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email. In this case, if the delay is due to Saffelia, you will receive a full refund, including the delivery charge.

Refunds for advance payments (bKash/Nagad) — outside Dhaka: For orders outside Dhaka paid in advance via bKash or Nagad, only the product amount is refundable, and the delivery charge is non-refundable, except in the delay-related cancellation case above, where a full refund including delivery charge applies.
