About Saffelia

Saffelia is an online retailer based in Bangladesh, offering imported beauty, skincare, and personal care products sourced through authorized local distributors and wholesalers. We are a reseller of these products, not a direct importer or manufacturer.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of sale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will inform you if this happens.

Offers:

Only one offer can be availed at a time. Sharing photo offer can be availed once per order. Comments are counted as one per order. No multiple comments offer. No combination offer is acceptable. Every offer task is to be done once per order. For example: only one comment, one share, one video, one friend refer get offer then another friend refer get another etc.

Pricing

All prices are listed in BDT (৳) and may change without prior notice. The price charged is the one shown at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. [Advance payment terms — still pending your decision, see note below.]

Delivery

Orders are delivered via our courier partners, including Pathao, RedX, and Steadfast, to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or address accuracy.

Returns & Refunds

Governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, available on our website.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and usage information are accurate, but slight variations from the actual product, such as packaging updates by the brand or minor shade or batch differences, may occur and do not constitute a defect.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information when placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Saffelia name, logo, and original product photography and descriptions, is owned by Saffelia and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Saffelia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Customers should follow manufacturer usage instructions and perform a patch test before first use of any skincare or cosmetic product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
